The students at the Early Childhood Center have been exploring all the snow we’ve been getting! When the weather allows us we put on our snow gear and head outside to make snow men and snowballs! Teachers have been putting snow at the sensory tables and using snow for science experiments in the classroom. Mrs. O’s class dug up letters from the alphabet in their snowy sensory table to try and find the letters in their name. One student found his friend’s letter and said “Look! An ‘I’ for Isabella!”. Mrs. Serio’s class is talking about what snow looks like, feels like, and smells like. One student said snow looks “like sparkly white sand”.
